About me
My name is Josef Procházka, and I have 26 years of extensive experience in the security forces of the Czech Republic.
My career began in 1995 with the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of prevention and investigation. After two years, I was promoted to the regional SWAT team of the East Bohemian Region in Hradec Králové, where I worked as a SWAT team operator. In 1999, I joined the Rapid Response Unit (URNA) as a SWAT team member and soon became a sniper. Since 2005, I have led the sniper team as a major and stayed in this position for 15 years.
During my service, I participated in a number of interventions against dangerous offenders and completed more than 14 official foreign missions to protect VIPs in dangerous areas such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and Syria. I have been awarded several times for my commitment.
After my active service, I founded JPRECISION s.r.o., specializing in security issues, training and consulting. I now apply my rich experience not only in the field of military and police forces but also in the civilian sector. As a lecturer, I pass on my knowledge and know-how to special forces worldwide, including Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

That's why I pass on my knowledge with maximum empathy, precision, and understanding of the client's needs. Their satisfaction and long-term cooperation are a priority for me. I'm always seeking ways to meet the requirements and ensure his satisfaction. The word "impossible" does not exist for me.

We start our cooperation with an initial consultation, where I focus on the client's capabilities and requirements, their level of training, and material and technical equipment. Based on this meeting, I will prepare a tailor-made training program design, including training units or theoretical lectures with teaching materials.
Each program, its content, and price offer are always approved in advance by the client. Upon agreement, the entire project will be implemented.
I prefer long-term cooperation because the joy and satisfaction of clients are extremely important to me and motivate me to work on further projects. That's why feedback is essential for me. I get it during the final consultation, which takes place approximately 1-2 weeks after the implementation of the project and is always free of charge as a bonus.
